Title: CZ 73 Fork Removal

To release forks from triple clamp remove pinch bolts. CRC clamping surfaces. Wedge bottom clamp with timber wedge. Loosen cap bolt 3 to 5mm off top triple clamp and tap cap bolt with rubber mallet so the fork will slide out. The fork is tapered at the top and the cap bolt pulls the tapered section of the fork up into the triple clamp.

The threads on the fork cap bolt are very fine so only back the bolt out two or three threads before using a rubber mallet.
