Title: how much fork oil per leg cr 480 1982

whats the best oil to use and oil amount for a cr 480 1982 model in fuel; And if any one knows standard jet sizes and neddle size and postion would be great help  :D

40 to 1 motul oil 250 ml to 10 litres
not sure on jets its a honda  :D
have to get magoo or ascubol or someone from team red to
answer that one ;D
