Almost finished.

It received all the same mod's that the 450 .

Assistance supplied by same mates

Looking good - who made the pipe? Most seem to require the 75 radial head for clearance.

Hey Mark

Original Mag swing arm has been used on another project.

I beleive the pipe on the bike is no longer available , check with vintage iron as i beleive they did have similiar mag pipe that fits straight up with no mod's.required.

Hello Shoey,
Nice bike, I am giving mine the once over npow for the coming season, but have decided to keep it fairly original.
Is the original mag 250 pipe still around? If so, would you consider selling it? I have a spot where it could go.
Cheers,
K

I believe that the Mag's pipe is unique to the Mag, which is why original ones are both hard to find and expensive. It could probably be modified for the 73 but that might be a bit of a waste. Others may know more though.

THE PIPE ON THE MAG LOOKS LIKE A COPY OF THE 78 MODEL 250CR. YOU MAY BEABLE TO COPY OFF THAT MODEL.

Shoey,

Are the forks modified internally at all?

JC

Slight mod'd to damper rods , generally standard fork set up with 20w oil.

Offset triple clamps.

Bike looks gorgeous.

Have you ridden it since done frame mod? If so, does it steer any better than std Husky?

I have not ridden mine , but have ridden others with the mods , thats why i did mine. With total mod. package they ride and steer much better than standard and standard is very good.
