does anyone know for sure if you can rebuild these shocks? ive always been led to believe you cant.

and by that i mean you can get inside them by removing an end cap and without cutting them open

Make sure they send it on Solid Works file ;)

Being one who's probably far too worried about appearance, having seen a pair on a 250b, I think they just look awful. You would hope though at that price that they are rebuildable.

you can remove those spring covers though
-
there awful

mmmmmmmmmmm ::)

well i thought they look like any normal shock absorber when the short spring cover is removed and didnt think they look all that strange ???
-
Not only do they look ordinary, they don't work so well and I don't think they're rebuildable. Why would anyone want to use them when there are so many good shocks available today like Ohlins and YSS? I guess it must be price. My mate in the USA had a pair of them on his KX Kawasaki and reckons they were'nt up to it. Even if they were the worlds best, they're uglier than a Menai YZ.

i was just looking at what options there are for under $500. not seriously thinking of buying any.
