If it had come up 4 weeks ago i would have had a go at it.

I just bought a `81 YZ 125 H to restore. I reckon i will spend $8,000.00 incl purchase price doing it.
I think i could have bought the Honda for that.

Well it ended zero bids at 3800 bucks, A good bike but people don't seem to want to spend that kinda money on 125's?

Not only that, but the 125RZ wasn't known as one of Mr Hondas best. The RA was twice the bike.

they may be few and far between but there are some really nice bikes popping their heads up every now and then but with things the way they are I don't see ha;f the bidders there were before.

cheers

Someone made him an offer he couldn't refuse as he ended it early. When i get mine back together it will be on the market. I took off all the bling parts and am putting them on the RA 125

I'll second that, however it was a neat looking bike and would be a very easy resto.

Here's a quote from this guys ebay listing....

"The bike is NOT ADVERTISED ELSWHERE so you can bid with confidence knowing that if you are the highest bidder, the bike is yours once it`s paid for. Please be aware that you are bidding to purchase the CR125RZ, not to come and have a look. I will work with you or your transporter to pick up the bike. Also be aware that the CR125RZ will not leave my possesion until payment has been recieved in full.  Cash on pick up is prefered, bank deposit ok or we can organise paypal if needed."

Obviously NOT a man of his word....
