Post by: 090 on January 07, 2009, 04:44:35 pm
Sick of looking at this stuff. Tell me if there is anything in there you want and work out the dollars. Bottom ends are 5L4, 8R8 and 29V.

J & K have different head to each other, I thought? Due to the different bore and stroke.

5L4 is the prefix for the 250J, FWIW.

Wasn't DG26 looking for an IT490 clutch?

You might even have room for your bikes in your shed when you get rid of all that excess stuff. 8)

Bottom ends are 5L4, 8R8 and 29V.

5L4 = 1982 IT250 'J'
8R8 is meant to be 3R8 = 1980 IT425 'G'
29V = 1983 IT250 'K'

No worries Brad - I have posted a link to this post on the IT forum.
Here is THE LINK (http://www.yamahait.com.au/forum/index.php/topic,972.new.html#new) to the post that I put up on YITA.
I hope it helps you move the parts a bit quicker.

If you have anything for IT200 L-S models I would be interested in taking all parts for these models.
PM me what you have.

Cheers

Jock

Dave is looking for an IT200 cylinder at the moment but he is too busy to use the computer.
So please let me know if you hear of one for sale.
