I used to have a Monty h6 250, and my mate had a PE 250,
we used to go all over the otways on them old bikes and never once did they let us down,
I didn't mind the PE but i loved my Monty

With the '78 PE that I got originally , plus Nathans bike and the '79 frame that I have painted,I should be able to put together one bike for Vinduro and another for the young bloke or a mate to ride.

Post by: YUMASTEPSIDE on May 26, 2009, 02:28:21 pm: ...got a bit more done, modified the RM125C swingarm that came with the 3rd parts bike to semi-quickchange. Added aluminium block to alloy swingarm to take '79 PE backing plate, drilled holes and fitted sellock pins for cam adjusters and modified spacers and axle from '79 to fit also.
Eventually I will add clamp tubes and cutout axle slot to convert to full quickchange.
