Your bike is very simaliar in style with a Dick Mann Special,   but there are a few differences best I can tell from the pics, I believe Terry Knight made the DMS frames,  your frame is diffinitly a hand built frame,  not sure what it is so cant be sure of the value,   very very cool whatever it is!!!!!!!!!!
