Some model identification is required on Rotax powered CCMs in the Other Makes ( Can Am , etc ) section . Are there any CCM experts lurking here ?

In this thread it says the bike pictured above is a '89 model . There is some really nice older CCMs in here as well .

Why would they list that on oz ebay and only ship to Europe?

That bike is so ugly, a real mismatch of parts and colours. Not a patch on the twin shock CCM's.
