an article in the local paper reported that the park was closing due to the inability to get insurance. Just in case anyone was going to drive out there.

Yeah i read that on another website, i guess a few deaths there hasn't helped. Now there'll be hundreds of people looking for a place to ride.

dheck up on that i believe it is still open but with mods ie the ramps have been shut down and no more 4wd s

The last news report I heard confirmed the closure; they interviewed the Owner and he claimed it was due to insurance issues.
4WD's had been removed a long time ago, but three deaths and three or four hundred injuries had scared off the Insurance Companies...
