I am after a set of shocks to suit, as long as they are usable whether original or aftermarket. Not looking for a big dollar set. I think they are 17.25 inches.
-
Mine were for a 1980 model and were 16" eye to eye, Walter has the specs because I sent then to him to measure up before I sold them, He can build you a set of high/lows for a mere $1800 ???
These seem reasonable and they come in 17.5" too

I think the G 366 TRW are a bit over the top for that era and can agrovate some people . Something between 600 and 1000 will do the job just fine unless you do Supercross.

Thanks guys. I am going to sell this bike and am trying to replace the fox shocks currently on them for something reasonable/ second hand for $2-300.
-
You selling that bike without all the trick bits on it?
-
Yeah putting them on the RA 125 . Im over the bling garage queens. Im into bling racers now! The frustrating part is i sold a perfect set of works performance shocks that were originally on it thinking i wouldn't need them.
-
Brad, there`s a set of 125RA shocks for sale in the OZVMX classifieds.
-
No point having all those glamours sitting in the shed. I've got a feeling RA shocks are a bit shorter than RZ shocks so don't know how you'll go swapping them over.
-
could be, my RA ones are 16", I think that from what brad is saying the RZ ones are 17.25"
-
Yeah that sounds right E74.
-
Yeah thanks anyway Mark , but ra's are shorter.
-
bling racer .dont you get that maico dirty brad the bling racer :P
