for the normal ohlins its around 180-200 PSI but depends on what brand bike its on. i reckon i have ITC spec, so will go find out.
well i found out XC 500 with ITC ohlins has 185PSI i would start around there.

I've put them on my Honda RZ 250 .bit of a stab in the dark experiment, ::) they fit and seem to work ok with the forks, but need gassin up before i go an start bouncing off things, That should put me in the ball park, thanks mate.

You'll find those ITC ohlins don't have enough shaft travel on a Honda and you won't get the same amount of rear wheel travel and they will probably be a bit stiff. Those Husky's have a higher leverage ratio than most bikes.

I should have specs for ohlins fitted to Honda CR’s. what year is the RZ? 78/79? I can tell you exactly the length they should be and the travel, valving etc. just send me a PM if your interested.

They are 17.5 inchs and with springs off gets full travel i believe ,tyres about 40mm from touching the underside of the gaurd. the model number is HA0505.yes they do feel a bit stiff. I was hopeing a fresh gutfull of gas might make em a bit better :-\ 1979 RZ
