Title: piston size's

I have a CZ 250 the bore is 70mm and the stroke is 64mm, now what I want to no is if there is a piston from another (ie Yamaha honda etc...) brand that will fit this bike?

I read somewhere that Suz pistons fit CZs, but having never done it I don't know for sure if its true.
