What is peoples experience with the cheapest way to get parts shipped from the UK to Australia? I am after a wheel on eBay and cant seem to find anywhere on the Royal Mail website an option for pricing international shipping for items over 2kg. Is there another business that ships that I can get a quote from? I want to check the sellers shipping quote to make sure I am not being fleeced too much. Cheers

airmail, small packet ;D nah seriously if its 2kg or bigger you gotta use someone like Parcel Force international or DHL which can be pricey

Shipping by sea can be done if you can get it to a freight forwarders but would probally cost as much in rooting around

Does anybody have any experience in shipping a complete bike from the UK? Recently I was tempted to bid on a really good bike deal on UK Ebay but chickened out, fearing it'd cost a squillion to ship it. Jonesy has a couple of speedway bikes stored at our mate Bens house ready to ship as well but we're having trouble finding a reliable and fairly priced shipper. Anybody got any clues?

Firko, I don't know if this is any help to you, I work for Triumph Aust and we use Link Logistics to bring all of our bikes and parts into the country.
