may be useful if it was lost.

but most of these bikes never had one issued as they were race or recrational. If it was never issued how are they going to find somthing that was never lost ?  what youo want to find out is can you get the local authority to Create a title based on the info you have ?  still the best way is to box it up, stick on a pallet and call it  parts.

your too deep for me.    although i still say we need a stolen section in our forum.
