Title: Sydney to Perth

Am driving Syd to Perth next week
Am planning to take 3 days...Syd to Pt Augusta first nite. ( 1500 klms ) approx 2500 klms to go
Can anyone suggest somewhere about the halfway mark Pt Augusta - Perth to stay second night

push onto KIMBA,we stayed at KIMBA CP (sites only) and brother in law stayed at Kimba Hotel/Motel.
Good country folk this was in 07.
Kimba is about 200km west side of Port Augusta
