Speaking of serco, they have a number of old cylinders and piston kits that are for sale at the front counter of the w/shop. Just stuff that has been worked on and never collected, I remember a rm 500 cylinder, a rm370 cylinder, a couple of kx125 cylinders and maybe a couple of 4 stroke one's.

If you have no luck with serco, give George Mackensie a call 32064230.
There is not much he can't do. He has some British thingamebob bike that was missing a barrel, so he just MADE one  :o He will also make a sleeve if it cant be bought over the counter.
If serco guys cant put their hand on a sleeve/ part in stock then it gets a bit too hard for them really quick.
Something else he did for me which i thought was cool, i gave him a barrel and crank out of a KTM 125 '84 that had no listings for parts.
He put an rm125 '00 model piston in and rod kit for an Aprilia 125! Respect!

Alan from Serco is a top bloke, the weekend before classic dirt 5 we had our CR250 lunch itself with the same problem Hoony had, Alan went out of his way to find a crank for us and rebored the barrel and had it all back within a day with not to much cash changing hands.

Give him an A+ for his help and pricing.

The 370 Barrel was still there a month or so back.
