looks like a 1978 GS400, but the frame is like a 76 AW, maybe an earlier 77 GS....but for sure the graphics were designed with what here in the US we call "left handed cigs"

Can it evade the police? Maybe it is a "genuine" NOS one owner bought as a gift but never used as the person it was for was kidnapped by aliens and failed to come through the 378 rectal probings? Could the wheels really be blacksmith built.

Why are you giving the guy a hard time about his add? He may be a little OTT in his description, but there are a lot of people like that in the world. He has given a fair description, and ammended the details each time he has found some more info. I don't believe he's trying to stooge anyone and is just enthusiastic about his old bike. Regardless of his tastes for colors the bike is what it is and the starting bid was more than fair. I hope he gets good money for it. Definately no need to hang it on the guy. You guys can be harsh sometimes....

Just to make things easier...here 'tis.

mine was purely in Jest.
it just read like one of those classic trading post ads we have all seen. not mean as critical as it may have sounded.

I reckon that blue beasty could have the makings of a half decent project for someone wanting an entry into VMX and the seller sure sounds very honest with his amended descriptions etc.
Lets hope it emerges on a race track near you ???
