Title: YZ 400D 1W4 CON ROD

Hi all
Anyone know if there is a replacement rod for these?
Some photos may help ID.

Genuine one's don't exist from Yamaha!!!! >:( >:(
I've got a fresh one all wrapped up I got from a shop in Mudgee. I've seen Evilbay in the states have them listed for $300+ USD's.

I think the Prox rod for the 5X5 (250) does the job and I'm told it is stronger (better main bearing) than the original and a lot cheaper than the others.

Found a genuine rod thanks 250 and 400
All other parts big end pin and roller are available through yamaha
1. Con Rod____________ 431-11651-00-00
2. Pin big end__________ 2x4-11681-00-00 = YZ 250 F 1979
3. Bearing big end_______ 93310-42541-00
4. Washer_____________ 275-11685-00-00

Call Bruce at Yamwreck in Ashwood Victoria he is a bit of a strange fellow but very easy to deal with and will help you out. He has sheds upon sheds upon sheds full of stuff. I know he has barns on his farm somewhere with rare stuff. May Just strick lucky.

yeh hes helped me out of troubble a few times i think he just gets a bit busy some times
