the BE pin is no longer available . you could use a XT 500 pin . it has a smaller hole inside the pin and is about 66 gram
heavyer . you have to check of the oiling holes in the pin line up with the flywheels .
the 34 x 42 x 20 rod bearing and thrust washers you can buy from Prox racing parts .

Hi thanks for info will check it out have rod but pin is issue.

Years ago I made my own to build the 88mm long stroke cranks. Use C45 steel , hard chrome it and then grind it down to the perfect size H7 or F7 (ISO tolerance ). Any good machine shop can do it for you . Warm the outer and freeze the pin to assemble .

What are the dimensions ? I might still have some . XT , TT and XS did sometimes share dimensions .

34x42x20 is the size Im told.

Bikes and bits list a rod kit them. 03.2600, pin 35mm x 74. Doesn't come with any thrust washers from memory as I believe the later models did away with them and used a 2mm wider rod and bearing. They list the bigend width as 22mm. I have a second hand pin rod and bearing of the same dimensions as the Po-x listing that came out of a TT600 a few years ago and it didn't have the thrust washers.

early TT600 have a 34 mm bigend pin and is 74 mm long

You could machine the crank wheels out to 35mm and use the later rod kit.
