Title: headlight for 76 KTM plastic nacelle

and i'm searching a lamp assembly to put inside the plastic; diameter it's 10cm..any help is appreciated!

UFO do the insert for that. Look up the insert for the UFO universal light assy. Enduro Klassiker should have it. Or try MD Racing products in UK. They are UFO importer.

Hi Leith how are you? The ufo lamp assy its larger..i need a 100mm diameter lamp

Ok thanks. Took a moment to figure out who you were. I am surprised the UFO is a different size though.. it looks smaller than the common 4 &1/2 (114mm) size insert that Preston Petty, PE's and TY Yamahas use. Maybe i confused it with M. Robert?
