Can anyone help me with a Suzuki rear sprocket, the style with the 64mm ID to suit 428 chain size, anything larger that 55 teeth, steel or alloy, new or good used, thanks.

Same as early RM125. Free postage $49.95 for a 55 JT do make a 60 but availability hmmm. you may be better off cutting the centre out of 2 sprockets and welding

There is a chance I could have one in the archive somewhere. I'll try and have a look next time I go into my other shed.

Thanks :-) I guess many have switched to 520.

With 520 it is almost impossible to get the gearing required and to find a front 520 that will fit. You would need to go done to 11 or 12 on the front.
I've got a very worn one. I could machine the center of a blank to suit if you can find one. Steel blanks would probably be available from BSC part # 08A60 for 60 tooth.

Thanks Guy's :-) I ended up ordering a new alloy sprocket in 60 teeth from DC Plastics, coming with a 46t alloy for my DT1 also :-)
