Hi All,
First of all, can someone please tell me how to identify the manufacturer?
There are five or six old solid aluminum bars surplus to my needs, all of which came to me on old Trials bikes of various makes and models and all of them are not Trials bend. Some look to be Inter - Am but I am not sure as Manufacturers stickers are long gone. Magura, Renthal and later Domino bars are easy to identify as they are stamped along with a code that I do not understand either?
There are also some steel bars with similar raked back bends (Not Trials) in my surplus collection, one of which still has the sticker Wassel?
While we are on things that I don't know and there is plenty:
Posting photos on here!
It is fair to say that I am ofay with snapping photos (with measuring devisesin shot) and emailing them and measuring the width and rise. So if these interest you, PM me your email address and we will go from there?
Also as you have probably guessed I am a Trials rider and would be interested in swapping for Aluminum hollow or solid Trials handlebars if you wish?
Thank you for reading this far down!

Ace- Gavin Cosway-made various bends of unmarked solid bars from 2011 grade in Moonee Ponds in the 1980's.

Hi Everyone,
With the help of my friend Google, I have worked out how to post photos!
Here are some of above mentioned solid bars:

ACE Bars, Ascot Vale, Melbourne made solid off road handlebars in the late 70's.
IIRC they were from 2011 grade which weathers a very dark grey- and were not anodised.

Momus, 2011 grade you say, do you mean T6? They have a real corroded magnesium look to them and are quite high and wide, see photo. There are 2 (top 2 in second photo) that look like that with different bends/rake.

The one without short ruler touching measures 170 mm and is 860 mm overall.
The 4th and 5th from top in second photo are I think Inter Am, the ones with black under left hand grip

T6 is one of the hardness tempers of 2011 alloy so yes quite likely.
It has poor corrosion resistance and does take on a grey, weathered look - lead- for free machining is one of the ingredients and so is copper.
High and wide is about right for the Ace bar style so quite likely them.

Maybe 'Inter-Am' or 'Malcolm Smith J-Bars'
