Anyone with a range of Yamaha Clutch springs in stock be able to tell me the difference the following two clutch spring parts?
90501-20122
90501-20124
They both are listed for a great many model Yams, both are listed for DT1 but one is listed for RT1; if one is a little stronger I'd like to get that one, TIA (Thanks In Advance).

You may be better off trying some Barnett springs. Can't find a listing for DT1 up to RT3 but YZ360 for 1973 is listed as using MT-39-6 as is a lot of others after that.
Serco are the Barnett agents, give them a call and see if you can get a measurement to compare and if that fails get back to me and I'll see what I can find out.

the rt1 being 360cc would be the stronger springs you would think.on my bombed out tt500 which had a few different cams in it over the years I used stock springs and never had any slip despite the shite it got often

Thanks Guy's, l was interested in the two numbers that are quoted for the DT/RT's as l would have thought one set might be a little stronger, they share much the same other clutch components. l am hesitant to go an aftermarket set of heavy-duty springs incase they make the lever pull too stiff, coil-bind or put undue stress on the worm-drive push mechanism.
