I received an email yesterday telling me the name of a public figure, who was convicted of a hideous crime in a Victorian court earlier this week. Why do courts feel that they have the right to protect these heaps of shit. Hopefully Derryn Hinch will use his parliamentary privilege and name this arsehole.
Anyway Hells PELLS Sorry I mean Hells Bells will be ringing for this prick.
I would come straight out and say his name but I don't know how this suppression order effects the ordinary citizen, and if there are any penalties.

I know where your coming from and hopefully soon they will be swing from a rope and not one attached to a church bell.
The reason behind the suppression order is to ensure public comment does not interfere and possibly taint a current investigation/court case that could see a guilty man go free by claiming they did not receive an unbiased trial.. No one wants to see that.

Exactly. He has further matters pending and should be given the presumption.
