Title: 1973 CR250 crankcase repair.
Post by: Gears on November 15, 2018, 09:07:19 am
I've found a 73 250 motor that has a broken motor mount and a few other broken bits, are the crankcases made from magnesium like the ignition cover or are the cases aluminium?

They are an aluminium alloy which can be welded reasonable well.
