Title: Yamaha shift stopper lever trouble

G'day all,

I'm having a bit of trouble to try to put my gear shifting stopper assembly back on the bike...for some reason it doesn't free spin like it should be..i have all the parts installed in the right order however the bolt is holding up the entire assembly so it won't be able to move up and down..anyone have any ideas?
