G'day viewers I'm selling this Dt1 250 and a heap of parts
$2500 ono bike is located in Sanctuary Point NSW about 25 minutes from Nowra

As you can see its a job lot. The frame hanging on the wall  has been professionally modified to lower the engine and it has surface rust only. The spare engines are all reed valve but the engine in the bike is pre reed valve. I've had the bike since around 2004 its spent most of that time locked up in a shed. When I purchased the bike, I was told it was built by a 2 stroke specialist back in the 70s called Jimmy Smithurst. He had a engineering company in Taren point NSW

Original fuel tank, it needs a little tlc but appears clean inside. The seat is off a smaller earlier model but would fit with some fabrication.

Just a note The front hub would have to be a full width one for pre 70 legal .

YZ A or B forks with the turned down between triple trees . I like the number plate someone has put some good ideas into her .

Looks like the triple clamps are YZ as well. They made one of the bikes at the title a few years back change the triples back to period before they could ride.
Definitely need a complete front end change to be pre70 eligible.

The bike hasn't got the lowered frame but the spare frame has yeh?  If the Freakster doesn't go on the tank I'd be interested, pending price.  Also interest in DT1 crank assemblies and cylinders.
