Title: a couple of US ebay stores that do offer customer service

I'm not wanting to start the dreaded recommended seller thread again but....

I've bought a few things off both these guys recently. The communication is excellent, and the shipping was ridiculously fast.

Had a minor discrepancy with the shipping charges with one of them, and after emailing them i was credited the difference the next day.

Well, I suppose you can get lucky...been waiting 3-4 days so far just for a shipping price from one of them.  :-\
