Can you make custom chain slider need to protect my swingarm on my dirttrack slider
What is the best stuff to use

depends on shape, i know of some been made from plastic chopping boards, just make sure wifey does not catch you.

How do you bend them around swingarm

Use a heat gun .....or soak it in boiling water

I use a from memory Cemoto 1 on my CZ that seem to be aimed at use on old british bikes in the main but a quick look on ebay has a heap that could easily work listed for pit bikes for around $10
If you are making your own the most common sheet to find will be nylon which will take the shape nicely with heat & clamping

Nylon chopping boards work brilliant. Can get any colour you like and nice and cheap. cut the shape while its flat and boiling water will make it nice and pliable. Gas axe also works just dont get it too close to the flame as it will toast up pretty fast.. Nylon has a max working temp of 85-100 degrees c so that gives you an idea of how warm it needs to be to work into shape.
Steam from a camping kettle is about the easiest and safest way. just dont use the whistle;)
There are other sheet polymers that offer even better slip but unless you have a use for it .
UHMW polyethylene is fabulous stuff.

I've made a few cheapies using chopping board plastic and machined them from Delrin and nylon. If space is limited and appearance is not as important as function, a bit of steel is also a candidate - think rhs or harder.
