The first VERi event for 2018 is at Three Bridges on April 28 – 29.

* There will be riding on Saturday afternoon, and starting again on Sunday morning.
* Enter at the event on either day, there is no pre-entry for this event
* Bikes don’t need to be registered, but should have headlight and tail light, and be adequately silenced

Keep checking the VERi website and Facebook page for updates.

Awesome can't wait!

I've been googling to see where the Three Bridges Vinduro is held with no luck, one page mentioned the Oakleigh Motorcycle Club are the organisers, but I couldn't find anything on their site either.
So can someone please tell me where this event is held?

It's in Victoria, run by the VERi club
Oakliegh used to run an event there but that was years ago.
Three Bridges is a bounded rural locality in Victoria, Australia, on the Yarra Junction Noojee Road. Its local government area is the Shire of Yarra Ranges. At the2011 census, Three Bridges had a population of 298.
Blink and you will miss it!
Great country though

1120 Little Yarra Road, Three Bridges, Victoria, 3797.
The property is an apple orchard, just go down the driveway past the orchard and you'll come to a clearing where the camping, pits, admin, etc is.

Thanks guys, so that would be sort of North East of Melbourne I suppose, sounds interesting!

Please note that there will not be any catering provided at this event, so bring your own food and drinks. Also, camping is available for Saturday night only.

3 Bridges Vinduro 2 Day.
The VERi Three Bridges Vinduro Two Day is coming up next weekend
This event is not unlike a four day Enduro but it has been compacted down to 4 loops that can ridden over 2 days.
Entrants will be expected to attempt at least one of these loops.
Penalty for failing to complete said loop under power will see you having to push to the finish or worse, asking for help which will see you ridiculed on social media where your name will be mud forever or until the next nuclear war, whichever comes first.
A SA entrant won this penalty last year
There will be one special test (Starting your bike)
Penalty for failing to do so will see you ridiculed on social media where your name will be mud forever or until the next nuclear war, whichever comes first.
Work period will be between 12.00 Sat to 3.00 on Sunday arvo
However the penalty for needing to work on your bike will see you ridiculed on social media where your name will be mud forever or until the next nuclear war, whichever comes first.
Note to self, make sure clutch is working properly before the event to avoid having to remove the clutch cover in muddy conditions

your usual pre ride preparation in order Geoff??
-
I'm up for that challenge.
Does drinking beer factor into it anywhere?
-
As mentioned already, entry is at the event only.
You can print out a copy of the entry form beforehand, fill it in an bring it to Three Bridges (with correct change ;)).

Thanks to everyone who came along and made this event a great success. Even the weather was on our side.
A few names of people who gave their time and resources, that have to be mentioned: The Sanders family, Murray Tainton, Colin Harper, Rod King, Peter Drakeford, Geoff Davis, John O'Brien, Rachelle Wilkinson and Mick Pettifer (and any others we've missed).
Photos and videos are beginning to appear on Facebook, so check them out!

What a day! I'm so glad I made the trip down.
There were four separate loops, of increasing difficulty with 'one' being the easiest and so on. I was happy to complete one turn of each on my XT250, and then a last spin around loop one before calling it quits. I've not ridden much lately, and I'm already aching but I thoroughly enjoyed the interesting riding conditions.
The "beerduro" the night before just made it a perfect weekend.
