The ex Government from Tafe can be found cheaply , I have seen people buy simular stuff to this with digital read outs for $1200. You can convert to 240 for around $300

I need a smallish, decentish lathe. Preferably in SE QLD. Ideally Sunshine Coast.
If anyone hears of one for sale.

The need became today obvious while “filling” a crush tube “square” while spinning it in my drill press.....

Nice lathe, I have one very similar just that it is metric, very rare I need to visit work or me mates to use a bigger one!
funny thing is I need a smaller Mill, but it came at the right price and couldn't say NO, then there was the trucking and getting it off this end LOL

I've a friend with one , he loves it, just moved to perth and hired a gantry crane to get it off the ute.
