......interesting Leith, I have copies of the same thing, but the Suzuki version. With the Suzuki you have to use the '69-'70 model otherwise there is not enough meat in the cases. A standard RT1 360 piston works but nowdays you have to make your own sleeve.

.....oops! just noticed the Suzuki thread above this......sorry to repeat myself....

Is anyone having problems seeing the images above?
My screen just shows a ? where the image should be.
Any input appreciated.
thanks

I don't know why it does that. I have not changed anything. Its so annoying. Why have the links changed? I will try fix it.
Actually, no they are showing now and i did not touch anything. They are large images so i think you just need to wait and allow time for them to load if you have got slow/bad internet.
-
No image here, on google chrome. Not sure what your talking about but if it's turning a 250 into a 360 [322] i have something 'like that' as am running a 250 crank in 360 hence i go by RT325 on the 'Vintage Yamaha Enduro' site https://yamaha-enduros.com/ . love to see the article. Took 6mm of the top of the cylinder & it ends up with about 180 exhaust duration. Was years ago but still run it once in a while. needs more comp to compensate for the short stroke but never bothered. is an RT2 cylinder but same horse realy bar the reed. In fact i'm using an RT1 piston & just cut put it at bdc & felt penned the inlet square onro the piston & cut it out. Must remember that next time i go pulling wheelies down the road as at the time i though jeez i shouldn't have cut it out 'that big' lol. If i'm on the wrong track with the story then sorry about that.
-
Actualy come to think--i have another one--a DT1MX motor with a 360 crank whatever that makes--about 280 or summit. That's in an R5 twin frame--.
-
I can see the images and i am on Chrome. If no one else can see them but me then i may need to change the folder settings that they are in but as far as i know they are in a public folder.
I just logged out and i could still view the photos on here. As far as i can see there are no problems with my hosting, especially if some other people can see them? If only some people cant see them then i do not really know what the issue could be but it must be something on your end i would think.
Send me an message if you are still having trouble and i'm sure i am not the only one who can see the images and i will look into it more if needed. I am pretty sure all the permissions are set correct at the moment they may not be.
-
yep still nothing except empty big areas where each pic or article should be so tried firefox & got nothing, not even the empty spot. Don't worry & thanks for--um, whatever you're doing your end. All good. I'll keep looking now & then incase it turns up. Sounds very interesting.
-
I can email it to you but it would be good if it can be made viewable to everyone on here. Probably something to do with the crap NBN i bet. I could try re-sizing them smaller and see if that helps as they are quite large in size.
-
If you are using Firefox try updating the browser. That may fix it.
-
Nothing here either , Google windows 10 .
-
I think i know what is going pn but i just dont know how to fix it yet
OZVMX with firefox, not logged in and not logged into Onedrive - i cant see any pics
OZVMX with firefox logged in and not logged in into Onedrive - cant see any pics
OZVMX with firefox logged in and logged into Ondrive- i CAN see the pics
At the moment i can not see any more settings i can change though. Everything is all set to 'shared' and 'public' there is another thing i may do which may work though.

Very last link works thanks. Was there anymore info in the other links or just the same thing tried different?. Others links initially said sign into your microsoft account so signed up allowing link to work but just blank. No worries & appreciate your trying to sort it [or was the last sorted link it in total total?], be great if they still existed!!. Well i sort of cheated & made my own in a different way but anyway!!. Thanks again.
-
There should be 4 pages plus a snippet from the webco catalogue
So only the last link (webco one) worked for you? None of the article pages? i spent several hrs trying to sort this out today and i need a break from it :)
-
I feel guilty for saying 'doesn't work' after your marathon effort, but 'today' not even the last one which was the pic of the parts involved comes up. If you don't mind i might run it by the other us vintage yam site i hang out on & see how they go then send it all back to you hopefully working. Good helpful bunch of people. Real keen to reed the article now lol.
-
That's weird, i just started the computer i saved the link to the pic on last night [both have chrome] & the pic is showing open now on this site [oz site], other links are blank though. I need a drink lol.
-
yes very last link on this computer works too just realised plus pic is open up top at base of non opening article links. But not even 'that' on other similar computer. Crazy computer world. Of course photobuckets dug its toes in now & want big dollars to host photos i used to transfer onto 'oz'. Other place i haunt did 'something' whereby i can load pics straight from my desktop to he site. I'm not too computer savy [old & confused] & need it done easy lol.
-
I think it could be something do with security conflicts between Firefox and Microsoft.
Where is lukeb1961??? He will know what is the issue is i am sure. At worst if its still an issue at my end Luke, being an experienced Onedrive user would be able to to tell me what i am doing wrong too. But then again i have been using Onedrive to host pics since the start of this forum anyway too, so why problems now????
I might look into using Flickr or something i reckon. As soon as i even go to photo bucket now, nothing even loads and the page is bombarded by spam ads an the PC just freaks out.
-
Like OTH, I can only open the last one also.
I would really like to see the articals as I have several 250 / 360 motors and that sounds like a great challenge!
PS - your other posts the photos done work. SOS Lukeb1961!!!!

I've asked on my other forum haunt so will help out here if they come up with anything. as mentioned i've done 'that' in a roundabout way with a 360 motor & 250 crank. Sort of defeating the purpose making a little 360 but kept telling myself i was making a big 250 lol. Just had lots of part to experiment with at the time.

Lukeb1961 hasn't logged on since may 27 2014

He is still around though
I think i have fixed it now but i am not 100% sure. I believe the folder they were in, although to me it looks/appears to be shared, it does not have the little 'everyone can view icon' or something like that which my other folders have. The Webco page was always in aother folder and that explains why some could only see that one. For some reason i have not been able to revert my 'magazines' folder to appear as shared like the other folders and i have not been able to create a new one. I decided to re-upload them to another 'magazines' folder within another folder that i believe is working correctly and i re did the very opening post. I am confident that is working now.
I also think that there were multiple problems and that there was browser/security options affecting some people because they said it was fixed when they updated or moved from smart phone to PC. So now i know to avoid putting stuff in the folder i had these initially in but i wish i could work out how to get it to be properly shared like it was in the past. I think all along the folder was fine but it was just that a few people who could not view them (ones with browser issues) prompted me to mess with the settings on that folder which i probabaly should not have done which turned off the shared status and now i cant figure out how to turn that one back on >:(. Its is saying it is is but its obviously not.
-
Yep, i can see the pic, and below it is a link.
-
Yep Ive got it now first page .
-
The pic was there, and it disappeared again.
I messaged Leith to send me the pics, and i would also post them up on my Onedrive,
So, you may have multiple copies, if Leith gets his copies up and running again.
So here they are as well !!!! :D
