Hi guys,
I managed to break a 38mm fork slider at the recent Yass VTR vinduro after an altercation with a tree.
If anyone has a spare floating around id greatly appreciate it, I'm in Newcastle.
I'm chasing the ones with made in Sweden on the the strengthening rib.
Hoping those who may have upgraded to 40mm forks may have bits still kicking around in the corner of the shed.
Happy to pay cash or beer..

they didn't make 38mm.

Motomaniac is correct, no Husqvarna had 38mm forks as standard equipment, they were either 35mm or 40mm. A 1981 WR had 35mm forks as standard equipment. If you do have 38mm forks, they have been changed. Are you sure they're not 35mm? I have spare 35mm & 40mm fork bottoms.

Thanks Mick, you are correct, they are the smaller 35mm forks.
I'll give you a call during the week and grab one.
Thanks for your help guys
Trying to keep this one original because it is so original.
Have a great one ????????
