Title: 40mm Marzocchi triple clamps

I have these Marzocchi triple clamps. When I bought them I was told they were for 38mm forks and that is what I wanted, however when they arrived I was disappointed that they were actually for 40mm forks :(

The bottom clamp is definitely NOS. The top clamp I can’t say 100% for sure say if it is NOS it may or may not be. It is is in very good condition and if it has been in use it has had very limited use. I can see it’s probably been fitted to a stem, Maybe someone did a test fit or dealer take off or something. I think they are for a Canam because the same person had a heap of other NOS Canam parts. They would probably fit and work on a KTM too.

Anyway these are no good to me and I would like to swap them for a set of Marzocchi 38mm clamps which I originally wanted.

I would also consider swap for

NOS Orange Preston Petty Muder or MX rear fender/s
1978 TS185 frame
Orange or yellow universal enduro/desert tank (Vesco, Malcolm Smith or Windsor)
Maybe some other parts too.

Lower price of $40
I really need to move these on. Got too much stuff in the way that is of no use to me.
Offset should be 25mm like other Marzocchi clamps but i can check if its important for you to know.

G Day I  am Very keen on Buying the  the 3 clamps ...

Can you give me the distance between the Legs

and the size of the Stem hole

There are only 2 clamps. Upper and lower

distance between fork centers - 180mm
fork offset - 25mm
stem bore in lower clamp 26mm with a 6mm deep 28.80 diameter step underneath for the flange on the stem,
stem bore in upper clamp - 23.80mm. With the pinch bolt done up it will close down a bit smaller than that.

Check in the Speck if they will fit a KTM I will Buy them ...

Although they are for 40mm forks, they could probably be bored to 41mm but i would not go any bigger than that.
