Title: GPZ750 85

Not VMX but my guess is if you have a VMX bike you have something like my 85 GPZ750
The issue I have is the speedo - works great for about 20k then speeds up to something like 160 when I am in traffic at 100 and basically is all over the shop from there. Any clues what's going on? The cable is - well looks in good condition - I'm snookered, any ideas?

Lubricate the cable over night & then take the bike for a fang. I had the same problem with my Bonnieville. Jimson
