I need one of these wheel spacers, actually 2 would be good. Has anyone got used or new one?
Part # = 54740-41600
Part Description = SPACER,FRONT AXLE,RIGHT

Someone should be able to machine up an alloy one or two. Especially if you have a sample.

Yep that the plan but i do not have a sample.

Can someone put the dimensions up on here. You know he ID to fit axel. You can see the larger OD to suit the bearing housing. Just need smaller OD (probably at least 5 mm larger than ID) and width.
The width will be in whole MMs.

Hi , I will look to see if a I have a spare sample to copy . I wouldn't have thought they were that scarce?

Its suzuki so theres no rule of thumb regarding sizes being in whole mm. They designed a lot of things in odd sizes. The LH spacer is 12 x 18 x 34.5 according to the microfiche but even the ID on that is nominal. At other times they will say 12.5mm for axle spacers in the parts books. But they don't list the size of the RH spacer >:(. it should be 'about' 24mm long at the middle, but 'about' is not good enough to start making repros from so i would like to get at least one to measure myself. It sits inside an oil seal too.

Reckon I found a couple of those spacers, they were in a box of Suzuki stuff from that era. I have a 370 here but not really keen on pulling the front wheel out to compare. They look right from outside though.
