were these the one that had splash feed oil systems (no oil pumps ?)
or was that the early Bergs ?

no, it had a reed valve that used the engine upstroke suction to drag oil up as well as the cam chain splash feed system.

e/n says early Italian changeover model. good bike, sensational power, great sound good suspension. and its brand new!

It's the 88 model. 87 has the black radiator shrouds and slimmer tank and seat. Otherwise very similar. Great bikes.

went for 2990 US dollero's Bargain for that much bike
