Looks great, wish I could get a ride there. Not this time though, no way I could swing it just a week after spending two days at the DT Champs. I'm sure everyone who does go will have a top weekend tho.

My parents have a property opposite the track in Bulahdelah. They said that they have had alot of rain in the last week. However the old man who is a ex bike rider walked over to the track and walked around the grass track and said that the surface was dry with a bit of moisture below the surface. His exact words, "Looks great to me, now". He said there is a slim chance of showers on Friday, however Saturaday and Sunday have forecast of 27 both days. Giddy Up.

Top weekend, even if my over-enthusiasm in practice meant that my weekend was more frustrating than fun (Well, it's one way to get two weeks off work....).
A few points/highlights/interesting things:
1. A big pre-70 field, including Noel debuting his Rosscoinator 360 (Rodger S' old side-pipe CZ360), and my Rosscoinator 250 (DT1). Noel lead Rossco for most of the second race, while I only fronted for the first, and spent most of it on the ground, whimpering....
2. Donny racing my YZ-X on Sunday arvo, and doing very well on it.
3. Shane racing my DT175 and doing very well on it.
4. Realising that everyone can ride my bikes better than I can. :D
5. #166 (Dan?) riding/drifting the big XR with a flat rear tyre for 80% of the race, and still finishing in the points.
6. #691 on the big Evo Husky carving through the pack after tangling with the start gate. FAAAAST!
7. Snowy and Dennis feeling pity and feeding the cripple on Saturday night.
8. #131 (Luke?)'s very pretty 78 Maico. Sounds awesome, looks awesome, and seemed to go damn well before some technical gremlins.
Another good weekend, thanks to everyone who helped to make it happen. :)

Mate, i had time to stop for a cup of Tea and a biscuit, I thought you and Noel were gonna bring some weapons along, i think could have pushed it quicker :P ;D
Good weekend though only made it for Sunday, Hope the boys who had the little mishaps are up and riding again soon :-\

Hi all,
WHAT A WEEKEND!!! Congrats to the HEAVEN committee for putting on another top weekend. Contrast in the weather was something that had to be experienced to believe, but still top weekend. Some great racing all round, shame to see some went home early though when the rain started, they missed out on some great racing on the motocross track in the arvo session.
Bring on Lithgow, can't wait.
One of the highlights for me was seeing Alyce (198) and John Jackson (169) bangin bars at the finish line in the morning session. Alyce hasn't been racing long but she's not afraid of mixing it with the boys and loves the racing. I'd encourage other HEAVEN members out there to get your wives / girlfriends / partners on a bike and get out there and have a go. I'm sure that they would have a ball and then we wouldn't cop as much flack about being away racing if they were doing it to. I am in the process of getting a bike organised for my wife who is going to have a ride in the ladies class next year, so come on guys, get your shit together and get them out there on the track too.
