with much sadness hitatreeonce has passed away . hasnt been involved in vmx for a while due to his illness.if you havnt spoken to him in the last couple of yrs ,dont `bother ringing with false condolences.

With beer in trials sidecar chair and spare wheels to share at 09 Nats, he was keen for chats.
He did his bit and was a guy to give. 8)
He'll be remember for the support and we bid him farewell, old sport !!

That's a bugger, i bought some guards off him not too long ago. Really nice bloke. Condolences to friends and family

That's a bummer Robin, got him to make some seat bases last year. He made some very hard to get stuff to keep bikes going.  RIP.

thanks all, if anyone is interested all the molds are for sale . would make a pretty good little business for some one who was keen.will be listing a couple of bikes soon for him

I only knew him from here . was he from Tumbi Umbi in NSW ? Iain .

I only ever spoke with Brett via email or the phone. He loved his Monties and I have many of his high qualities parts on my '69 GP250, they even withstood the famous 'no front wheel' landing off a jump at Gloucester a few years ago :o.
