Title: Yamaha 1981 top end on a 1980

Just a quick one gents would a 1981 IT 250 H cylinder and head fit on a 1980 IT 250 G ?

pretty sure that I sold one to Kurt ( fachunt)
  a while ago who did just that.

Thanks I just bought a G some dumb bugger had got a new piston kit had it rebored and didn't check where the rings fitted on the pin [right over the inlet port ] last over size but have a YZ h as a parts bike

on second thoughts isn't the G centre port and the H side port?

Yes but I have a H pipe as well .
