What ever happened to it? J
-
I remember the monos at Calder Rallycross and I think I remember Gary riding it at a Grand National at Christmas Hills. J
-
Wouldn't it have gone back to japan jerry?
-
I guess that's possible. The factory used to keep a close eye on those things. I was always a little surprised it found its way out here in the first place. I only saw it a couple of times in the flesh. Reckon there has to be a story there. J

have you tried to contact Gary directly though social media or other means?
-
I think it belongs to a Suzuki collector in Victoria. The Aussie RNs and RHs never went back to Japan and were owned by the state distributors.
-
I believe it was raced at the Nats that were at Broadford a couple of years ago...

When we had Highway motorcycles in ferntree gully we got the RH from Melbourne motorcycles Peter Jones and Graham Lang in about 76 and sold it to Peter Simonds MCRCV i was going to keep it but had an RM250A so didn't see the need.Peter rode it a few times and I'm not sure what happened to it after that. the RN would have been sold to someone looking for a quick bike id say. My brother ran into Peter Jones both ex Sandringham members at the Island classic a couple of years ago and i think Peter would remember what happened to that bike, he is living in Tassy somewhere.

Gary Adams RN 400 is in Geelong, the owner used the bike years ago when vmx was strong back in the 90`s, now it sits in storage with his other collection.

Is that you Dave? I wonder whether it was converted to LTR. Love to see a photo. J
