Title: xr front brake cable

Can anyone tell me if a front brake cable from a 83 xr 350 will fit a 82 xr 250 drum brakes not having much luck

Ok found out it wont fit looking for a front brake cable for my 82 xr 250 not having much luck

Do you still have the old cable ?
If so you can send it to venhill in England to do a copy or buy the bits from them and make your own last resort for me .
Venhill web site has pre made cables to buy but only list xr80 ?
I looked on Partszilla not available.
have you googled the cable part number and see what pops up.
Motion pro do after market cables they have some on Ebay .

A new motion pro cable from an ebay seller is a good option. Always nice to have new cables and they're not too expensive usually

Motion pro dont list one for the 250 but list one for the 500 same year 82 just been on a few sites looks like the 500 cable is the same as the 250 how weird is that just in a rush only 2 weeks to Harrow  this is what happens when you buy another in this amount of time  i guess

Cannot find a front brake cable anywhere for the 82  xr 250 every one say discontinued trying a couple places tomorrow if that fails iam puting a disc drake front end on it of the 83 xr 250 witch i have in the shed

Not much time and forks need   new oil and seals working bee tomorrow night picking bike up on  Saturday lots to do and not much time
