Title: 89 Kx250 dark blue side panels?

Hello,
         Trying to find the purple side panels for a 89 Kx250, seem to be lots of green and blue around but no purple ( the original colour ). Some did pop up on Ebay a while back but I wasn't quick enough. Anyone with any leads?

89 were blue or green, depending on which country you're in.
The purple would have come on a 96-ish KX500, or been an aftermarket part for a KX500 around that time.

purple was aftermarket Tuff plastics in that period

Thanks for the replies. The colour is blue but it is alot darker than the UFO replacement ones, I should of said dark blue. I still have the original front plate but the UFO side plates will be too light. The colour is more like the seat.

Ah! The genuine blue. Rare as rocking horse poop.

Factory fitted to 88 models everywhere(?), and to Aussie 89s. US market 89s had green. Not sure about Euro market.

Yep thats the ones, The side panels on the bike I bought are the correct colour but the previous owner went all Crusty Demons on them and cut them up.
