Title: 370MM? or so good quality shocks

Looking for some good used shocks for my stock SP370,Ive got 400mm on it at the moment and they are a bit tall.Ive allways wanted some fox air shocks or something cool.Please let me know if you have anything,Im shying away from Chinese allthough my mate swears by his.My SP is for pure MX.Cheers,James.

Fox forks on Marks swap meet (vintagemx.us) You can get a set of 38mm Marzocchi's working just as good for less money, however you don't get the "wank" factor with them. Either way you'll have to restrict the travel to 9" for pre '78 in Australia.

My SP is a 79 so I was planning on running it in EVO.I was just hoping for a cheapish set of used quality shocks,idealy in the 380mm length to tie me over untill I extend the swing arm.the PE forks Im using seem to work well enough but havent trialed them on any decent jumps etc.
What bike has the 38mm Marzocchi's?They would have enough wank factor for me I think.

A lot of the Euro bikes have Marzocchi but if you're running EVO you may as well go for some 43mm Honda/Yamaha forks. Much easier to get & less money. New Hagon shocks up to 370mm are $350 & $440 for 370-420mm. They are very decent shocks for the money. Google Hagon Australia & you will find them.

there used half forked out and still $580 aussie, better to buy new in aussie then if the spring rate is too far off the mark you might get them swapped for something more suited for the cost of post both ways,something you wont get when buying overseas

I wouldnt buy them,they look like $150-$200 shocks to me.
The new Hagons sound like the best deal to me.
The more I ride the bike the more I think Ill leave the swing arm at stock length.
