Any manufacturer out there that making the skid plates for the IT's??

They were the makers of the original Malcolm Smith bash plates and still do make them for MSR. I have heard they they still have the old patterns for the old plates they used to make. You might need to actually ask for one for a 78 or there abouts YZ because i think the IT's came with a plate stock? so MS was really only selling them for MX bikes. For example the 79 MS catalog lists plates for 76-78 RM's but not actually PE's but that same plate will fit PE's same in 80. They listed one for 79-80 RM but not for 1980 PE but the RM one fits as the frames are the same.

No they didn't come with the plates stock after the 81 model. Mine's 83 so it didn't have one
