Hi all

Any leads on stiffening the Pro Lever rear and Marzocci forks.

Keen to. Hear what has worked.

Any of these WP springs ok? They re specifically for Marzocchi forks
Just put number into KTM parts search engine online eg Boltons

Order is part number-spring OD – length – rate – wire dia

9932.0042.C – 28 – 550 – 4.5N/mm – 6.5N/mm - 4.4
9932.0054.B – 29.0 – 485 – 5.1N/mm – 7.8N/mm - 4.5
9932.0080.B – 31.2 – 460 – 4.9N/mm – 7.8N/mm - 4.6
9932.0081.C – 31.2 – 495 – 5.0N/mm- 6.7N/mm  - 4.75
9932.0107.C – 33.5 – 505 – 5.9N/mm – 8.6N/mm -  5.25
9932.0194.B – 31.2 – 500 –5.0N/mm – 6.7N/mm -  4.75

Or go non genuine, Racetech, Teknik plus a myriad of others. Not hard to source. You can even get them made for a reasonable price if all else fails.

The springs i listed are aftermarket WP, its just that KTM handles WP Suspension these days. All WP numbers are in the KTM database. The ones i listed are for Marzocchis from 35mm up to about 42mm or so. Eibach might be another option too.I am sure RT would have a solution though.

Thanks for the help so far - but not out of the woods yet..

Manual states part #514353, with a free length of 630mm,
No rate indicated.

The rear spring is listed at 564.04.011.200,

Unfortunately this doesn.t match yet.
