1X VMC CR500 Pre 85 sidecar well sorted very quick lot of work done on the motor Trick pipe
Current QLD title winning bike Will sell complete or as a roller $8000 Complete-$4000 as a roller
Would consider 93-94 Husky TE-TC610 as part payment. Or RM125 94 Suzuki also..
1X KDX200 1988 the last of the air cooled model Engine has been rebuilt by Mark Powell has done probably 8-10hrs has standard pipe bike runs great needs a set of fork seals and a pretty up looking for around $2250.
Can send pics of both. Don't no how to them up here..

if you have had it for years it may be one you will regret selling down the track, sometimes its nice to hold onto your race steeds
rather than sell them! being as there are not sought after and hard to find a buyer they are usually sold for a pitance and then regreted later.
i know this as i sold my Weslake 500 Speedway bike for $1400 back in 1996 (gave it away then at that price) now wish i NEVER did.

It's only Pre 85 because I fitted an air cooled motor in a water cooled frame Walter. It's I think an 1987 model it's got a number on one off the braces VMC 576 stamped on it so I guess you're able to find out exactly what year it is.
I'm hearing you Hooney If it doesn't sell I will restore it and just ride it at selected events. There are a lot of bikes I've had over the years which I wish I still had, but I think we've all got a list of them as long as your arm.

If it's in an '87 frame, is still ok to run in Pre 85?

There's a Weslake in my showroom, creates LOTS of interest & many have tried to buy it but I doubt the owner will ever sell it. It's a cool thing.
I've sold lots of cool, rare bikes & have only had regrets with a few I actually rode or raced. It's a tricky thing selling stuff you may have an emotional attachment too.
Money comes & goes but rare old bikes don't come along often.

but i Want my old weslake.

Previously in club racing up here they let me run it as a Pre 85 and I've also run it at 2014-2015 QLD titles it placed 2nd in 2014 and I got 1st place last year. Eligibility I'm not going there. Goes great looks like an 84 CR500 if it doesn't sell I'll keep it. Go to CD12 and have some fun.....
