Hi guys/gals,
I have been into mx bikes since a kid (born75)  and still love the bikes of the era I grew up in, however a sign of the times when these bikes are now classed as vintage so I must be classed as an old fart.

from my first dt100 at age 11 I was hooked. many many bikes have since come and gone with the fondest being a yz 465 and a wr500.  I am now looking to buy a yz or IT 465/490 to rebuild/restomod into a bush bike so I can have some fun with the kids on their modern bikes.  I look fwd to participating in discussions on here and learning whatever I can....   so anyone got an it or yz project for sale......??

Welcome aboard Dave from Deniliquin. Hope you enjoy the forum and manage to find that YZ465. If I remember right, there was a VMX State of Origin around Deniliquin about 10 years ago...
