Yes it could be also RN as well is the gear lever hole sealed ?
I am interested if you will sell it

yeah Hoony I still have the forum in my daily internet ritual  ;D  don't tinker quite as much anymore but that's from a lack of time, not a lack of interest ;)

did the RM 400C come with a right hand shift option Doc?...it has the blanking plug .....different bolt pattern to the RM 370 cover i have Shelpi

you got me there, I thought RM370B/400C are the same, so if it has differant bolt pattern then it means its a 250 cover and not a 250B
so back to it may be a RH but now I am out of my depth

just went and checked again...you and Doc are correct Shelpi RM 370...the case i checked against has been welded at some stage and the screw hole below the case dowel under the kicker is gone
